Money, John
Psychologist and sexologist known for his work in sexual identity. Money coined the term "apotemnophilia" in a 1977 article co-written with Gregg Furth entitled "Apotemnophilia: Two Cases of Self-Demand Amputation as a Paraphilia" (Journal of Sex Research 1977; 13: 115-125). This is the first modern case history of the desire to be an amputee.
