How can I tell if someone has biid?
Chances are, you can't tell just by looking at someone whether or not they have Body Integrity Identity Disorder. Most people who have BIID are "completely normal" from all outward appearances. Even spending time with a transabled individual is not going to indicate whether or not they have BIID. People with BIID have been married for decades while their spouse haven't known.
Probably the only way to know for sure is if the person tells you.
